The Société de développement Angus is the maestro behind the project. The SDA is known locally and beyond for its numerous urban revitalization projects that benefit their communities. The non-profit organization has dozens of buildings among its assets, including Cité Angus Phase I, the Locoshop, the Carré Saint-Laurent: and the 2-22.
To create the residential portion of the eco-district, the SDA brought together experts in the fields of architecture, urban planning and development who worked relentlessly to apply their shared expertise to designing THE best possible living environment.
